Immediately upon being notified or alerted to an emergency on a client's premises, whether by officer on site, mobile patrols, Fire and intruder alarms or CCTV remote monitoring, the Shield Security Control officer will immediately alert the emergency services and divert mobile patrol drivers and supervisors to the client site.

Early response is the key feature in Emergency situations and can make the difference between damage limitation and destruction of a clients property and contents.

The highest priority will be extended to any such client emergency and in the co-ordination of speedy assistance from the appropriate services.

The Company places considerable emphasis on speedy and efficient communications. Lost minutes can make all the difference between a situation satisfactorily recovered and a possible costly property loss and insurance claim.
